This Policy is a complementary part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Eloria Service.
Eloria is a software service offered on a subscription basis (SaaS), aimed at administrators and organizations that manage properties. The service is provided in digital format with immediate access once the account is activated.
Due to its digital and intangible nature, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply.
The Service is billed in advance for monthly periods, according to the contracted plan and the number of active units.
Payment enables access to the Service for the corresponding period.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time through the available channels.
Cancellation:
The Service will remain active until the end of the billed period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Eloria does not issue full or partial refunds for periods already billed.

The Client must notify the situation within 7 calendar days from the charge.
Approval of a refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Eloria. Approval of a refund does not set a precedent or future obligation.
When applicable, the refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original transaction, within the administrative timeframes of the payment processor.
By subscribing to and using the Service, the Client declares that they accept this Policy together with the current Terms and Conditions.
